5. Complete electronic Docusign contract and send initial payment (first month, last month and a security deposit)
6. Get your electronic access code and move-in date.

A. You do not need to include your parent or co-signers info for the initial Zillow form. The MySmartMove process will require your co-signers info. And you will have to send a copy of your driver's licenses.

1. Please be respectful of your fellow housemate’s items that do not belong to you. Unless otherwise specified please do not use/consume any items that are not yours.
2. Quiet hours are expected after 11pm on weekdays.
3. No partying, smoking or drug use
4. Guests visiting for the day are certainly welcome, but you are fully responsible for your guests adhering to house rules.
5. You are responsible for any mess you create in the common areas; please make sure to keep the common areas clean. Do not leave belongings around the house.
6. Any guests that may require an overnight stay or longer should be e-mailed to the entire house and approved by the landlord.
